- The balance of being a working mom can be a real struggle (speaking from experience). In this video I'm sharing my morning routine that keeps me feeling healthy - mentally, emotionally and physically. As mamas, we tend to carry a lot on our shoulders for our families. So it's very important for us to take care of ourselves, because if we're not doing that, we wont have as much to give to our family. In the last year of motherhood, I've learned that you can't give from a place of lack. That's why I'm passionate about my morning routine, because it helps keep me healthy, energized and inspired :).

When does the baby sleep at night and when does he wake up. I am a momma of a 6 months old, I just want to have my morning time to myself but he wakes up at 5.30 am everyday 🤦♀️ hope in the future he will sleep longer
Good question. Those early days are tough with a morning routine! Now that my son is 13 months old he sleeps longer at night. Goes to bed around 8:30pm and wakes up around 8am. When he was younger, he woke up earlier so waking up early for me was a sacrifice. Many times I took a nap during the day because I didn't get enough sleep at night. But I still tried to wake up early, even if i knew i was going to need a nap in the afternoon, because I wanted that alone time. I have a video on my Morning Routine with an Infant as well btw 😊. But do what feels right for you in this season! As your son gets older and his sleep schedule changes, you can adjust to what works best for you :) You're doing an amazing job mama! xx
