one thing that helped me a lot in dealing with the feelings of failure is to appreciate how my frustrations could be a good thing, because solely focusing on the positives sometimes felt a bit like fleeing (to me), so I decided I had to do more and also deal with those feelings on inadequacy/failure. I think at the end of the day it's about finding the right balance, between being able to let go but also appreciating that being a perfectionist and wanting more CAN sometimes be a good thing because it keeps you moving forward, and in a way gives you purpose in a somewhat chaotic universe
