Thank you, Darren. Really appreciate that mate. We really enjoy making these videos and to get a comment like yours makes it worth it. Thanks again mate, all the best.
Loving the new daily updates, gives everyone a real sense of what's going on through the week, keep up the great work, and hope the weather is better for you.
It's such a joy to see you mincing across the beams like the drop below is hundreds of feet. But your explanations and builds are great to watch - educating and entertaining...
Excellent Adam, very informative and well explained . As a bricky myself I spend most days moaning about my job then I come home and watch bricklaying vlogs on UA-cam yours mostly ( strange). Not sure if it's possible, but would be great to have some drone footage from above to give some perspective of the build in relation to the original property? Keep up great work! 👍
For your steel, just get the fab shop to cut a hole in the beam and weld a tube ( big enough to pass your vent pipe through ) into the hole, with a couple of gussets it will be as strong as structurally required.

Deflection / creep of the timbers can counteract some of the fall you put on it. Not a criticism at all, and should be considered as part of the design. Great work as always.
That gazebo looks very similar (if not the same) to the evoloution one I have. As with all things now, they are probably made in the same place, but yeah, they are solid! As long as its secured to the ground youll be sweet. got me out of the rain so many times and allowed me to keep working.

Great work lads. On the parapet can u not turn the final top coarse into a closure by laying a block on the flat to tie the outer and inner walls together. You could have a tray below this coarse running to the external wall with a few weep holes. Just a thought Cheeky Charlie

Great video again Adam and Rich and Mick. Really instructive and entertaining. Adam, when I built my extension building control made me cut through the existing walls to continue the cavity! A complete pain in the derrière and pointless as the cavity in the existing was empty and the new walls were packed with insulation. Who knows the mind of building control? Looking forward to next week. 👍🏼
