4m length with 60 led/m requires approx 14.16A, Using 20A PSU will be safe for Nano and pixel? asking for safety and longtime use.
Just reduce brightness of leds for using longtime

just in case if had not bought it it's "ws2812b" 600rupees for 5meter strip ,300 total pixels,there many local Indian sellers that can sell you this online for 600rupess with some delivery charges ,but this software is outdated and doesnot work properly on my machine

this method only work with pc(desktop). If you want to use in TV you need to buy some gadget which are available online.
