Matt, that is the best footage of the behind the scenes I’ve ever seen. I honestly felt emotion for ya while watching. Then seeing you back at the weigh in getting 3 place like everything is all cool, I just started laughing cause I know what you went through to get that. Almost didn’t get rob to take ya. He was ready to go
I watch FLW live, BASS live and MLF live and by far the best live coverage of a high pressure moment has to be the 3:40-4:54 mark in this video. I am not just referring to the fish catch itself. I am referring to the pure raw emotion that was captured on film.
Congrats on the 3rd place finish 🔥I listen to a lot of podcast and just listened to you a few days ago on “Serious Angler “ with Bailey. I’ll be on Cumberland for 3 days for the New Years weekend for my first time on the lake 🎣 Hopefully I can get onem like you did man 💪
That was great. You need to make sure Go Pro or whatever camera you are using sees that. It documented your whole day. The Good, Bad and Good. Keep them coming.
I think FLW should make it a rule that you have to net your own fish, instead of putting the non-boater in the position to make or break someone's tournament results. The stakes and emotions are high, and to see someone blamed for missing the net on someone else's fish and their results in the tournament doesn't seem right. It should all be the responsibility of the angler hooked up to get the fish in the boat.
They have that power to net their own now. Most ask the other one for the net though lol. Don’t think it be good idea to start telling the guys that make em money to not use the guy that has to share the day with him to help land a fish just because part of it is a possibility they net it wrong
Ya I definitely think they should have to bet there own fish too! Too many things can go wrong and i would not to be in the position to net somebody 50,000 dollar fish😳
Man he fished hard like a machine. Around 13 minutes in the show unbelievable footage. And Congratulations!!!
Way to go! Been watching you on BTL for a solid decade. I believe you have what it takes and can’t wait to see you become a full time pro!
