ammaslotus it's a person that makes several accounts claiming to be whatever user, in this case Julien. They take the profile image and post a link to a "giveaway" but it's really a scam that steals your info. If you click on the profile image it takes you to their main page and it's obvious that they aren't real as all of these accounts will have no videos. Enough people report them and their fake account gets removed, which is what happened.
