@@bruhableooo it actually does because of the extra I-frames. I think it’d do the same as the cloudy glasses other than the healing which is kind of useless in a fight like Sans
you would get healing and a bit of i-frames, not sure if the i-frames are better than the ones cloudy glasses give but either way that's pretty much it, so i guess a bit helpful but nothing huge

i believe getting to level 21 is 999999 exp requirement.
@@PeebleKitty it's not possible, clover STILL has level 12 after killing ceroba. even if yu cheat the files to get lv13 by killing starlo twice, axis is coded so clover never gets above lv 19

no, you will only have extra 10 EXP, which won't mean anything in the grand scheme of things
But, there is a way to level up to LV 13 through Genocide. It involves A LOT of strategizing and fleeing from encounters that don't give much EXP.
In the end though, it's also useless, as you still can't one-shot robots in the Steamworks. The Axis fight also goes as normal and you still reach LV 19.
