Hi Becky, thanks so much for your videos, recipes and honest talk about IBS and it’s effects on you socially. I have Celiac disease and have many of the same issues so I know how you feel. I love your recipes and visits to other countries and what to eat there. We’re going to Italy in a couple of weeks and plan to check into some of the places you reccommended. Florence was the first place I ever ate gluten free pizza (at a place called Mister Pizza) - I seriously need to go to Italy more, they're so good for gluten free!

I wish I would have seen this before I went to Italy. I might have been able to eat a few things that didn’t hurt my gut.

What’s the name of the second restaurant? At the 8:55 mark.
If you would show the restaurant sign or some way to know where you where you were eating would’ve been good to know.

In italy you don't cook carbonara with onion or garlic ahah is kinda offending for italians ahahah cause carbonara is a thing here 😂😂😂
