My truck silo won’t fill up my trucks or big rig

I know you have to park it a certain way, we typically back it up and pull it in slowly for it to start filling

Not that I have seen, we just leave it under the silo while it fills up. It works great when you have the autofill silo option purchased in the game rather than having to manually fill it up each time
