Good job Jerry on the DIY mod. We use our RV oven (junk) for storage only and use a countertop Oster Oven to bake. 👍👍

Hey guys the Grandchildren are awesome helpers. Wow you take on things I would never try! It really looks great! Can you cap the gas line or remove it if you are going to change to a electric induction cook top? Thanks for sharing!
Yes you can cap the gas line. We like having the gas option especially when we are boondocking. The outlet we tapped into is an inverted line, so we could use it on Battery power, but gas is cheap and easy.

Ya a lot of people use air fryers now a days. We are trying to find the right one. So many to choose from. But nice stove top. Great job on it too!
