Would you mind sharing more about your tray under your plasma CNC, as well as your tank under your table.
Sure! The tray is custom and something I made by just taking measurements once I completed the table build. I wanted something with casters since my garage is small and also added leveling feet due to my uneven concrete. The shelf is just 14ga steel welded to the tray's frame. The water tank is a "spot sprayer" that includes a 12V 1gpm pump. I bought a 12V power supply to power everything and added a filter on the table drain to remove anything that might damage the pump. Is the sub panel in your shop 100 amps?
I am running everything on a 50amp panel without any problems but I wish I would have gone 100amps to have some additional capacity.
I work for an electrical contracting company and have to convert my house to 320A meter with larger panel to supply 220v to both plasma and welder plugs. Also want to add a mini split to garage because Texas haha
Do you have torch height controller?
Why not the prime weld straight CNC torch rather than the handheld torch?
When you are cutting at max power, how many amps @ 220 ?
The straight machine torch is on my list to buy. Hope to have one soon!
