Such a Great review on two GREAT Tractors. Have the very similar 1736 power shuttle-shift ( Cadillac version) & would like to have a "little-budy"(1825e Or 1835e) for those smaller-nimbler jobs. A tractor is ALL about "power-transmission to the ground" ,& the 1700m's- 1800m's have a "Massive Transmission " in ALL cases. So "what" it has a "slight hump" in the floor, --- there IS a huge TRANSMISSION Underneath! ; MUCH BIGGER than my other 54hp TLB [ k_b_t_.] Tractor( for another purpose). The Hydraulic Output on the 1800m's ( and previous 1700m's) is "Phenomenal "; -- leading ALL Other Tractor manufacturers with its "one of a kind" transmission-driven hydraulic 12.6gpm pumps--; just for the remotes !! It's "hard to Beat a Massey-Ferguson " & "The last Tractor that you will ever need". Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio and happy safe tractoring. Best wishes with all your endeavours. Please keep these very informative vidio' s comming.
I’ve got a video on my channel comparing the 1800 E to the 2800 E. Might check that out. It’ll be a little bit different than the 1800M versus 2800 M is the 1800 M is a little bit larger than the 1800E. I’ll put that on the list of videos we need to do some point.
I wish the E had the same options as the M . I like the E for the smaller size I would really like to have the same options especially the synchronize shifting . And the flat deck and seat .
I’m assuming you mean power shuttle. They both have synchronized gear boxes and the E has synchronized shuttle just not power-shuttle. I’m not sure if you’ve checked these out in person but one thing that makes the M seem so big is that they’re usually spec’d with the larger tires. However you could also check out our Yanmar YT235C tractors. They are noticeably more compact.
Man, sure love the 1835M/1840M Massey’s. Perfect size and great features. Thanks for the video.
Agreed. Sweet tractors!

Thanks for the comment and for watching
Good informative video.
How does the 1800m compare in size to the 2800 series? Are they about the same size?

@@prequipmentsales 10-4, thank you for the response. I will check it out!
Wish the E series had standard rear hydraulics .

The 1835E, does that have mid PTO? Can you put a belly mower and front snow blower on the E?
Not an option on the E. Would need to go to an M.
There is no excuse to raise the bucket that high .
