Nice presentation. Theoretically I also know it, but in practice, it's really hard, because shots are coming fast, one after the other, you haven't even finished yours and run back to the middle, your opponent already hit the next one.
Practice, practice, practice.

Part of getting the ball is to watch the opponent and since its really fast so squash is one of the fastest sports and you need to have a very quick reaction

Work on your shot selection, early racquet preparation and proper movement, this allows you to create time in order to observe your opponent's next shot. Skål
