- What is a motherboard? What is a platform controller hub (pch)?
This is an animated video explaining what a computer motherboard is and the motherboard components. The motherboard is the main component of a computer. It's basically a large circuit board that’s fit into a computer’s case and its where all the computer components connect to.

Great explanation on how the motherboard had progressed over the years. I wonder will you cover the Apple Mac components instead, they're very different from the PCs. From the old CRT-integrated Mac to the current monitor-based Mac.

Thank you so much ,this is a great video, it was informative. I have some questions to you.
The first one :Are there any difference between MCH (memory controller hub) and PCH (platform contoller hub),
2. Could you make an explanation video about VRM? (voltage regulator module and what's the meaning of phases like 4+4 or 8+3)?
3. What is the MOSFET and PWM?
and the last one is: How the motherboards naming works? (I mean X, B, H etc and what's the difference between them?).
Thank you in advance and apologize for many question.
