Ngl, Bonesaw has to be hands-down the prettiest-looking and has (gameplay-wise) the most intriguing layout I've ever seen in a Payload Race map. Makes me almost forgive it for being PLR, which ties with Mannpower as being the worst official gamemode in TF2.

The reason your PC stream lags is due to the video encoder choking and dying, the same effect can be seen when there is static in a video, though usually encoders are smart enough to temporarily downres the video. Id recommend looking at your bitrate settings or just figuring out how to use OBS (Streamlabs and OBS are basically the same, except streamlabs is worse)

Bold of you to assume I still have brain cells.
The reason that your stream lags when you stream your game with a lot of particles effects even though your game isn't lagging is because of compression. In order to stream it would take so many Gb of information to send everything perfectly and that wont work, so what happens is that the stream is compressed and then there's an algorithm that kinda guesses where all the colors and pixels are supposed to be and so if there are a lot of particles, it gets really blurry and the quality of the video drops drastically and there's nothing you can do about it unless you turn off the particles in game
