- Today one of the two Chanel Les 4 Ombre Tweed releases I bought - Brun et Rose and three of the new Gucci blushes, Soft Peach (mine says bright coral) Warm Berry and Rosy Tan. I think I said Rosy Beige in the video - in my defense we've had a miserable 10 day heat wave and my brain may have been misfiring!

I think the Brun et Rose looks beautiful on you, and you're right, it is different from Cougar but they both compliment each other. I do think they give differnt looks. Love the looks! I got the #4 Brun Et Rose (and a back up!). I absolutely adore the quad. I also got the Rosy Beige Gucci blush and am in love with it. It has the perfect amount of “rosy” to it. The rosy beige definitely looked great on you. Thanks for the video!

Hi! Thanks for featuring the Brun et Rose tweed quad and comparing it with the Chantecaille Cougar quad - and featuring 3 of the new Gucci blushes. I love the Chanel quad on you. It has the perfect tone for you. I like the coral and rosy beige blush shades on you. I think the Berry shade is a bit too dark and stark. Love the Lipstick as well. Looking great, as always. I am fairer than you and got the Gucci warm berry and I LOVE IT.
Granted, I’m a blush kind of girl BUT I use a very airy squirrel cheek brush to apply (the original Suqqu is the one I use) and it looks amazing! I think Gucci did a phenomenal job with these blushes.

I’m obsessed with the Armani blushes I picked up in a dark plum blush & cool contouring. They are up there with my Dior Backstage glowing pink blush… I looked at the Rose & Brun in the Chanel shop, but Im still smarting from the underperformance of Guerlain’s rose palette that legit has no depth at all & needed the plum Armani to get a bit of contour to my eye 👁
Kinda irritated by the raving I heard about everywhere regarding those anticipated Guerlain: what a budget buster!
So I’m a bit irritable about everybody jacking their prices & sizes to match Tom Ford for gouging
I stayed away from the Guerlain because they have never been know for their eye shadows! Agree on Tom Ford. The White Suede palette is at Bloomingdales now - but I just can't pull the trigger.
You might like Tarte Amazonian Clay blush in Risqué as a sub for the discontinued Chanel blush.

Try a squirrel haired brush. It will pick up less product. I think it looks great. Try a brush like the Sonia g buffer pro to blend
my blush brushes are squirrel. They still picked up a good deal.

I’m so intrigued by the Chanel tweed palettes, especially Fauve. I have that Dior Backstage warm neutral palette. So, I am on the fence.
If you love warm palettes, this one DOES look beautiful.
