Saying he failed at Renault is slightly harsh. He was getting podiums on a midfield car and 2020 is regarded as one of his best seasons. Moving to McLaren was good aswell, he just didn't make the most of it. Had he done well enough he would be contending for podiums nowadays.

A good tip is to use those arrows that pop up white if they are close and red if they are next to you and you need to not push them to the wall.
