I'm glad you had such good helpers, the ponies turned out great! I like getting to see some mishaps along the way to be honest - it's a good learning opportunity and it's nice to see that these things don't always go smoothly. Still, the fact that everything ended up working out for the best is great too! Thank you for sharing 💖
Love when people can share hobbies with their family! I think I'll stick to cable tie method for my ponies, I'd be afraid the string would hold moisture and get moldy 😰
Great to see you back, I just started rewatching your older videos the other day and was pleasantly surprised by this one. It's really cool that other members of your family are into collecting/restoring as well!
Sparkler was part of the inspiration for G4 Rarity. Especially her cutie mark. Aww I want to see meow onscreen. He says “come on, I’m starving here! This bowl won’t fill itself! Move it servant!”
i love your videos so much they're such big comforts for me. i'm autistic and struggle with depression and i have a large interest in my little pony, so watching these calms me down especially with ur voice overs i think they're one of the best parts :)
That's so sweet! Now you will think of your sister whenever you look at Sparkler. I had a mistake on my first ever pony restoration. I found a Gusty with good symbols and hair, but she was very yellowed and had some rust beginning. I cleaned the rust and did the UV correctly, covering the hair eyes and symbols with tape. But the tape was not thick enough and some light got to her hair, turning her highlight orange. The eyes are slightly lighter blue too. Oh well. Next time I will use a different tape or tempura paint, and make sure to put paper towel then foil then tape on the hair. Live and learn. I might rehair the highlight someday but it seems difficult.
I enjoy restoration videos so much because it makes me feel less like I'm alone in caring about damaged objects that could be fixed if you know how. So often people just break stuff in dramatic ways for content and I've never enjoyed it, so seeing content that is the opposite soothes me. Also, hooray for family content and bonus catte viewing.
Great job, as always! I think that both ponies would look great with dual-tone hair - that hot pink and green look surprisingly good together - but they look great as-is!
i've probably said this before, but thank you so much for adding captions! i am very hearing impaired and not many creators add captions. it really helps and i appreciate it 💚
Do you have any tips for removing highlighter from vinyl? I've tried everything to get it off of the lps I'm trying to restore, uv treatment, soap and water, even tried lemon based on a search result.
yay, so happy to hear you again!!! this was a very sweet video, i love the way your ponies reflect you two as sisters. looking forward to whenever you get the chance to upload again!! 💕
i love the g1 variants! the bright colours are soooo pretty and the alternate poses are really fun. i hope i'll find some variants but it's very difficult to find them where i live - i can barely find regular g1 and even those cost a lot :D nice to see you're back!
Nice to see you again. Great video of you and your family. Had to think about you over the holidays. A friend of mine gave me a "G1" Stranger Things pony for Christmas. Upside Down Apple Jack if you know that pony. Hope you had a great holiday :)
Aww this most have been such a nice activity to do with your sister an niece. Personally I love the one with the with the pink hair, it pops so nice. But normally green is my favorite color.
I'm in the process of my first reservation :D I decided to restore my old childhood pony toy. It looks kind of like a mix between g1 and g2 - I'm pretty sure it's some off brend toy. I thought it would be nightmarish to restore, but turns out it wasn't so hard. Except for the fact that it apparently was rotting. I enjoyed doing it a lot more than I thought I will!
That was very fun! You indeed had great helpers, the results are awesome! I love that you showed the mistakes, it's an important part of the process. Not every thing that is shiny is good for us haha Love the hair! And the elegant and wild sister duo! Thanks so much for the video, hope you are well ^^
i'm so happy to see you back! this vid is SO cute, i absolutely adore the love that went into these customs. the power of family coming together and making cute sentimental projects together!!
Once you fix up symbols, or repainting the pony, do you do a top coat of anything. Or are the paints are pretty good and tend not to flake/rub off over time?
Retro! I am so happy you are back! I was literally checking your page for new videos last night. You are so calming to me, thank you for your videos! I play them to fall asleep. I can't wait to watch this one! I hope you are doing well! :)
i'm stumped with my pony and i don't know what to do. i have a 1986 sweet tooth pony from hong kong, that my mom used to play with. then i played with it, basically making it an heirloom. it wasn't in too bad of shape before i removed the hair without a second thought. maybe i could have used acetone to get the age spots instead of carving them out with an exacto knife and then filling them with milliput epoxy putty, doubting we currently owned acetone. i used acetone for one spot but it made the pony turn green. i made a DIY UV chamber, which may have needed improvement, and i consistently put the same amount of the same kind of peroxide cream for weeks. i still didn't see any improvement. it's been since november 2022 since i left this poor member of the equestrian family to be left unfinished. it's saddening just knowing that my mom played with this and now i ruined it in an attempt to fix some minor flaws.
Hey, I'm so sorry it took me this long to get back to you. The most important thing to remember is that ponies are always fixable. No matter what you do. I've used milliput for chewed ponies, it works well! You can always paint the pony. Just give it some time and get back to it later, there's no hurry. Have fun and be patient with yourself ☺️❤️❤️
i love your videos. for some reason youtube stopped recommending them on my homepage though!! i had to manually come find you again even though i am subscribed. looking forward to your next video :)
Hi! The heads do not fall off, they have a border that keeps them securely in place. However, these repaired ponies are more for decoration than for playing, because the glue is not as strong as the factory one.
I have a question, is it possible to restore ponies that have mold damage? Not like black spots but mold that makes the plastic dingy and the colors dull.
Hey Yisela!!! What a great starter video for 2023!!! ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have a question, though. If I wanted to send you something, how would I get your address? 🤔
youtube's been hiding your videos from me, what a disappointment! I'm very glad this one popped up, even if it's a little late. the cord method looks solid, but I'm still interested to see what you might do with all the cut off strips from the zip ties. A while ago, you mentioned maybe making a hedgehog pony, that would be super cute!
I'm glad you had such good helpers, the ponies turned out great! How cute i loved that the family was involved. Probably one of my favorite videos especially since two ponies in one video.
Sparkler was part of the inspiration for G4 Rarity. Especially her cutie mark.
Aww I want to see meow onscreen. He says “come on, I’m starving here! This bowl won’t fill itself! Move it servant!”
You’re back! We missed you! Aaand Happy New Year!
So good to see you again! It makes me happy to see that your family shares your love of ponies 🥰

Welcome back! I didn’t know how much I missed your videos. They’re so adorable and soothing. Loved the sister ponies ❤
That's so sweet! Now you will think of your sister whenever you look at Sparkler.

That's so cute 😍 I loved the last scene, your niece with the g5 pony is just perfect 🥰
Their Beautiful.💖 I hope you had a great new year & see you next time.

I love the ponies with bright, almost neon hair combined with a more muted body color (like this muted blue green). They're just so vibrant and fun.
Great job, as always! I think that both ponies would look great with dual-tone hair - that hot pink and green look surprisingly good together - but they look great as-is!

Turned out very cute! How fun that you two Sisters share the love for these Ponys☺️

Love watch pony restoration
Thank you so much! 😊😊
Excellent work, Kitty! Making sure the ponies are clean is very important.
yay, so happy to hear you again!!! this was a very sweet video, i love the way your ponies reflect you two as sisters. looking forward to whenever you get the chance to upload again!! 💕
I hope that one day you can do more of the 90s ponys! They have such beautiful eyes! 😍😇😇
It was asking us to pay to get better quality. We had to watch in 360, so it was blurry, but me and my daughter love these videos.
Oh, I didn't know youtube did that! I'm not limiting that in any way, so I will take a look and see what can be done! Thanks for letting me know!
i love the g1 variants! the bright colours are soooo pretty and the alternate poses are really fun. i hope i'll find some variants but it's very difficult to find them where i live - i can barely find regular g1 and even those cost a lot :D nice to see you're back!

The video is so cute, you are all very sweet and I'm happy to see you back! You did a great job!
This is so cute! I loved seeing your helpers, and the twin ponies are so sweet.
Thank you so much for your words :) :)
@@RetroGeekCrafts omg hope you're ok, missing your videos!
Existe una tercer variante Argentina con pelo lila. Saludos. Quedaron hermosos felicidades
Hi Dolls 👋 glad to have another MLP vid! They turned out fabulous!
Aw this is really cute! Love this channel, pretty positive and all around chill.
Happy new year to the 3 of you 💕
Love watching your videos. They are very relaxing
Can you use the peroxide treatment to help flocked ponies? Thank you, your videos are so helpful and i have learned so much! 💕💗❤
Peroxide will take the flocking off as it will melt the glue, it's mild soap and water only for the softies
To follow on moyetlicious, indeed, soap is safer :)
So glad you were able to do this with family! Happy New Year!
So cute! What a nice accident. Glad to see a new video. Hope you all had a lovely holiday!
This is so great. You all are so good with pony restoration. 😁
They both came out awesome! Everybody did great :D
OMGGG I MISSED YOU SO MUCH I THOUGHT YOU LEFT UA-cam 😭😻😻
And I love the final result of the ponies! I like the color combination a lot :DD
That was very fun! You indeed had great helpers, the results are awesome! I love that you showed the mistakes, it's an important part of the process. Not every thing that is shiny is good for us haha
Love the hair! And the elegant and wild sister duo! Thanks so much for the video, hope you are well ^^
Top Toys were just doing their own thing. They did some fun variants with Masters of the Universe, too.
i'm so happy to see you back! this vid is SO cute, i absolutely adore the love that went into these customs. the power of family coming together and making cute sentimental projects together!!
So good to see you again.
This is so sweet.
Yay!!! More pony arts!!! I'm so glad to see this! Also glad you had fun. How was your Christmas and New Years?
That's so sweet. Happy new year!
Sparkler's a pretty nice pony, but i don't know why people think she looks like Rarity. I think Glory looks more like Rarity.
Amazing customs!
I was just watching some old videos of yours wondering when you'd be back with a new project. love the sister ponies idea!
these came out great :)! Also, I love when you do voice-overs during the video, they are my favorite of all your videos :D
Welcome back :D are you going to do anymore historical ponies in the future? They’re my favorite haha
Welcome back! Great restoration, as always! ✨
Is Sparkler the G1 Rarity?
And I love the fact that you got company to restore them ^-^ Hugs from Chile!
They look amazing
Oh how I've missed your content! So happy to see you again! I hope you're doing well and lovely restoration!! 💚💚💚
I just got my sister the new reiteration of my old pony and am thinking to restore my pony so that the two can age well together into the future. ☺
Great video as always 😊 always exciting seeing an upload from you!
very pretty and cute. happy new year🥰😊💯💖💖💖
This is so cute and it made me so happy.
YAYY i was wishing for another pony restoration video!!
Once you fix up symbols, or repainting the pony, do you do a top coat of anything. Or are the paints are pretty good and tend not to flake/rub off over time?
Hi friend!!! Your doing so good!! Keep it up!! 👍🏾💖
Retro! I am so happy you are back! I was literally checking your page for new videos last night. You are so calming to me, thank you for your videos! I play them to fall asleep. I can't wait to watch this one! I hope you are doing well! :)

Nice job you guys😊
Welcome back!! These are both precious! And I didn't know you could do masking with tempera like that! This is a useful trick to know! =^-^=
I love the argies. Nice job!

O no this is too cute!! ❤❤❤
So glad you are back. I really enjoy your videos
They look great! Can I ask you, how do you start restoring ponies? I can't seem to find any in need of restoration.
❤❤❤
💖
😊😊
i love your videos. for some reason youtube stopped recommending them on my homepage though!! i had to manually come find you again even though i am subscribed. looking forward to your next video :)
Happy New Year! We're glad you're back 💕💕💕💕
Question...does the head falls off if you brush it? When you put it back? Does it change?
Hi! The heads do not fall off, they have a border that keeps them securely in place. However, these repaired ponies are more for decoration than for playing, because the glue is not as strong as the factory one.
Amazing💖😍
Omg it's been so long since you last uploaded
great work 👍
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
😊😊😊
BABE WAKE UP NEW RGC JUST DROPPED 😭🙌

Would you ever do a doll restoration on a bratz (btw loved the video so calming)
I hope you come back soon! I miss your videos so much!
I am back! 😊😊
I have a question, is it possible to restore ponies that have mold damage? Not like black spots but mold that makes the plastic dingy and the colors dull.
I like to watch these videos on 2X speed and listen to something else.
Finally new video!
Bentornata!! ❤️🌈
Welcome back! Missed these videos!
Hey Yisela!!! What a great starter video for 2023!!!
❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hola, cuando injertas el pelo en la cabeza, se queda ? No se sale?
