Being an advocate and having struggled through school to get a degree and establish a practice, I condemn these man's actions and I hate how Kenyans are praising him amd sensationalizing him. @@maryjones3523the legal see system in the US is very different from the Commonwealth countries. One has to earn a JD or pass the bar in the jurisdiction ( State)where they will operate from.

Debora; you can never be held in contempt of court if you talk about your education. The only thing you can’t say is the specifics of the case. Saying or telling someone where you went to school helps you prove your case. But on this so called gikomba lawyer, he has no schools to mention here because who knows , he might have given the court schools that he never attended and so he can not dare mention them as they might as well sue him for using there name.

Law practice is very different than medical practice.
Old Wazee, Village Chiefs etc used to carry out law to some extent. Wisdom and knowledge of the legal system is really all one needs beside the certificate to practice.
Law can be practiced without papers ..it's different from medicine.Dont overrate lawyers
