Great video bro. I just had my indi mechanic do an oil change for my 40K interval(I use a shop for the lift so I can inspect and clean underneath). Very easy and way cheaper than dealership. We used Motul synthetic 0w30 I believe.

Did you reset the oil change so the service shows on the computer? Or do you have to go to bmw for it to show on the vehicle service log?
Got a 20 x3 m40i. How many miles do you go before oil change? 10k miles seems like way too much, in my opinion. Whats your thoughts?
The golden rule is, if you do mostly highway driving, stick with 8-10 k miles. If you do a lot of city /stop and go and offload, stick to 6 k miles.
