She definitely earned it. A 179 is around 99.8th percentile on the LSAT. The number of people who scored higher than her is so small it's basically a rounding error...
Here's what i love about those delta girls; they had no idea what Elle was doing, but they supported her anyway. They helped her take practice tests, they included her while she studied and went to here first court case. real friend indeed.
I love how when the her friend mentioned about how hard it was to get into Harvard, her reply was "Well I got the highest GPA..."...the girl was confident in her abilities from the start...all she needed was that realisation ❤
1:48 One thing I liked about this "committee hearing" scene was how much most of them were pushing for her to get accepted. Despite that one guy's skepticism, they made a solid effort to see past their own likely biases about her interests and focus on the fact that she was a brilliant student and hard worker who cared about important causes (albeit in somewhat unorthodox ways).
I grew up on this movie. My grandmother and aunty gave me a video tape of this movie on my birthday😊 I remember it like yesterday:) Being raised in a small town in Russia I needed all this motivation to help me in my journey. And I did well. I studied and graduated from a university in Russia. Then moved to the USA for a few years. There I visited Harvard cuz it's such an iconic place for me. I met my husband ❤ Then together we had our ups and downs, moved a few times again before ending up in London and starting our own business here. I love my journey. Of course not everything happened because of this movie, but the times I felt down and discouraged I just watched my fav Legally Blond and everything made sense again. This movie helped me to move forward so many times. TY, Elle Woods ❤
@@brenda5297 I took years to watch is just because I thought it would be a "dumb" movie of girls etc. HOW WRONG I WAS hahaha I hope you have a good experience as I did watching and rewatching these clips. Actually, I am preparing an English class for my students with all youutube comments and those video clips.
i love how all her girlfriends cheer her up and support her 100% 😭😭😭😭

Not to mention the brains.
Confidence and good friends are within your reach.

You forgot, 'Remember those 4 hours we spent in the jacuzzi? This is so much better than that!!'
This and “you? Got into Harvard law school?” “What? Like it’s hard?” Are my absolute favorite scenes

I thought they weren't genuine and wanted her for her looks :/
@@darla4528 I'd say they weren't sincere but still proved their case, like many lawyers do.
She ended up at the top of her class
Elle is such an icon for this disabled medschool girl😭
