I have been taking Zingovita Single Strength fish oil capsule for the last one month and it has really reduced my dry eyes symptoms. Shall appreciate if you clarify that when Nveda omega 3 caps should be taken i.e.pre or post break fast, pre / post dinner ? For a 70+ male what are dosage you would recommend- 1od or 1bd. also pl note that am prediabetic, not taking any medicine but managing it through Yog & diet control.
