It feels like they're not even trying. They're having fun though which is rare in xqc 1v1s.
sadly ppl worship ppl with good aim and forgets its the tanks and healers who wins the games by creating the situtations the dps can take advantage of.
They're all equally important, but DPS are the ones with the flashy montages. That's just the way the cookie crumbles.
Completely true, the tanks are the most important, after which the healers are next, thats also why, its very often, never DPS losing a game in reality.
On a another note tho, it is just so mechanically difficult to play some dps, cause you are up against people like me, who played CS for 13 years. Unlike the tanks that don´t have some crazy developed skill, like most the DPS have from other games.
This is why DPS are so highly loved, they have something you can actually appreciate as a long term invested skill, that everyone is trying to better themselves at. I mean even most of the OWL tanks and supports have quite the good aim as well, when they are playing what ever on ladder, especially the healers, since they already aim with zen and such.
as a person who mains tanks and healers i wish i was a god hitscan. tanks and healers on ow are easy and boring, ngl

I love how people are saying xQc as a 'pro' player should have won or inversely saying he was beat by a 'manager' (Jayne is actually the COACH not the manager) when they fail to realise a coach has just as much if not way more game awareness than most players because how the hell could they coach pro players if they weren't at least as good as them... Jayne is an actual beast at the game.
Well to be fair, mechanically coaches tend to be much worse than the players. As far as game sense yeah they should be better tho.

Things I noticed in this video:
- xQC seems to be REALLY comfortable with prediction, whether it's via juking or projectile heroes, hence how he hit Roadhog's hooks, Zenyatta's orbs, McCree's flashbang and Ana's sleepdart. Perhaps the two of them should have a Pharah 1v1 some time? :D Curious to see how that goes especially as you can't cheese it like you can with the Junkrat 1v1
- Jayne seems to have the edge on hitscan heroes, hence why he wiped the floor with xQc as Tracer and Reaper, as well as Soldier too arguably
- Jayne settling for a "drink at Blizzcon" was VERY magnanimous of him, I wasn't sure if Jayne would enforce the bet or not. Glad to see he didn't LOL!!! GOOD dual guys, now if OW MM gave me matches like these I wouldn't be in such a hurry to uninstall and play other games as constant stomps, be it your team or theirs is boring when you win, and annoying when you lose.
I agree with most of this. I wouldn't go as far as to say that Jayne has the edge on hitscan overall though. His demonstration here certainly came out on top, but Felix would beat him on Tracer, Mcree, Widow?, (his soldier isnt really great) and some of the projectile heroes more often than not when he is on. His aim is streaky for sure (being a main tank), just like we have seen Jayne struggle with aiming/tracking in clips as an "all flex".

There’s a reason Jayne only went a different route like 3 times and xQc went a different route only like twice. XQC is a tank main player while Jayne is a coach. every good player has a bad plays, even the ones who are playing in the league has bad times on their streams and thats totally normal. I am a support main and sometimes my dps play is amazing, even people are telling me that im 100% in masters. but i do also play really bad sometimes and people are telling me to switch. its normal. we are just humans. instead of being rude and mean, lets enjoy the game, just like these two players :3
