Absolute beasts! Honestly, I would not be mad at all if this is a direction Pentatonix takes, kind of like with Kiss from a rose. Going full on musical genious rock harmony madness.

If you see all the concert posts of PTX (mine included, this is my 3rd concert of theirs this year) they always include an interlude where Kevin and Matt do instrumentals. Mainly to show off Kevin's mad skills in cello-boxing, but also pump some energy into the crowd. The regular show has him re-imagining classical music to be more modern. But we are seeing the group use more instrumentals in their songs (cello, violin, piano). They even had a symphony backing them up at the Hollywood Bowl.
