Agreed. When it starts to become a tv show rather than a bit ad hoc and a laugh, it starts to lose its magic. I understand they have to take it seriously as it’s a business/living but this separate channel is personally what I love most about UA-cam. Just people sharing their passion with absolutely no pretense, seems harder to come by these days.

Had an '88 528e and an '83 533i 5 speed. Both were as good as gold, comfortable and poised always. Would make a great drift platform. I could never gut the ox blood red leather from the 83. It was quite a car then and now. ❤ The Javelin is cool af

Because you're running a true coilover rear you might want to fit spreader plates on the rear turret top. I think Z3 ones might fit and they're cheap and easy to source on eBay. Love E28 and you guys might like my project #bmw16v02 which is a '71 BMW 1602 with coilover, LSD and an M44/1.9 on ITB with 180+ bhp. 😎 ETA - You did a great job backdating the Alpina rims. They look perfect.
Great video, not as low as I was expecting, my m54 swap e28 is on 17" BBS with h&r springs / bilstein dampers and looks about the same amount of drop. Was considering coilovers but not sure now....
Great Video - just a question.... could you share dimensions of that rims and rubber? Are these like 8x17 ET 15 (front) and 9x17 ET 12 (rear) with 225 and 255's ? want to do exactly the same on my e28 but i am not sure about fitment on the rears ... want to avoid rolling the fenders keep going with the great content greez from germany
