  • A simple job, but you do need to get under the car
This is one potential cause of a no start or long crank to start condition
I recommend buying the Nissan one if you don't have a preferred aftermarket brand: Nissan part: 23731T
Time: ~15 minutes or less (longer if you don't have everything ready)
    Tools:
8mm 1/4" drive socket I prefer deep for the added extension
    10mm 1/4" drive socket
    short extension 3/8" or 1/4"
3/8" drive ratchet A 3/8" gives a bit more leverage
    3/8" to 1/4" drive adapter
    jack & jack stand
    or
    ramp
Your phone's camera or an inspection mirror are helpful for seeing where you can't see
An ODB2 reader to clear the check engine light, if needed

You should anytime you'll be under a car just in case someone decides to start it up. even as a prank. I didn't when I did this one.

Definitely not a 15. I did it on mine and it took 2 hours cause it’s such a tight spot

Using the tools I called out it isn't a 2 hour job. Using a wrench of if your have numb fingers or bear paw hands it might be. You do need to do most of it by feel (or with mirrors). I looked at the time stamps from when I filmed it: 12 minutes 27 seconds from start of filming until the last clip I filmed I ended, and that is with moving the camera and a couple retakes.
