Pilot training with Hiller H-23 Raven at Budaörs airport

H-23 was a great helicopter to fly. It was the helicopter I had in the US Army's helicopter flight school way back in 1965. I also flew it in Korea and Thailand. I found it to be a very forgiving aircraft and very easy to fly.

I don't think i've ever seen a real helicopter with flybar paddles, cool stuff! I wonder how much more stable it is as a result.

UH in the designation UH-12 is not United Helicopters, it's actually "Utility Helicopter".
