My friend and her family lives in Fairburn GA in a subdivision...Her beautiful home has 6 bedrooms 4 baths...She bought her home years ago about 170 to 200 thousand when they was just starting to build up the area now that same house in that subdivision is 500+ thousand dollars

Yes, the appreciation of houses in Fairburn have gone up. Which is a good thing for a current homeowner, cause you always want to be in an area where you home appreciates. However, it can kind of suck for a home buyer looking to purchase currently. But, I love the Fairburn area. It is so peaceful for me down there, not in the city but easy access to it without being to far removed from it.
