Enter this private and exclusive 10-acre estate, past the front stone walls with wrought iron entry gates, and you will be in complete awe. This property is truly one-of-a-kind for many reasons, not the least of which is the exceptional proximity to highways, the international airport, and downtown Toronto. How can you be so close to Toronto, but have 10 acres of Shangri-La paradise?
As you approach the absolutely spectacular 19,622 (of finished space across all levels) square-foot French-influenced manor home, you might be greeted by deer or rabbits quietly meandering on the lawns. During the design phase of the site, the home was positioned perfectly to take advantage of the breathtaking views perched high above the Credit Valley Golf and Country Club and the Credit River. The setting is irreplaceable and so accessible to the city.
Scoot down your path in your own personal golf cart. Play a full round or maybe just a few practice holes after dinner on a beautiful summer evening. Perhaps it is just you, nature, and the championship golf course enjoying leisure time together. Few golfers in Canada could boast of such a unique privilege.
The flat tableland area of the property sits 70 feet above the beautiful Credit River; you can fish, canoe or kayak or perhaps even picnic at the water’s edge. In the winter months, the snow-covered picture-perfect postcard setting becomes a retreat to snowshoe, cross-country ski, and enjoy nature.
The location of the outdoor pool gives one the sense of being pampered at a private lodge. Your very own luxury resort setting. A ten-acre private sanctuary without any commute.
This prestigious home is both warm and spacious. How ever did the designers manage to make 18,000 square feet of finished space feel so cozy? The six marvelous gas fireplaces and the beautiful hardwood floors play a large part. Classical architectural elements. The use of natural stone on the exterior. Windows that bring the outdoors in. Combined, it is very much a home.
Quality precision engineering and construction are apparent at every turn. The four-storey building, including the walk-up basement, has radiant floor heat on each level. The heating tubes are cleverly integrated in a level of concrete under the hardwood or marble on every floor. The sound reduction is remarkable.
You may never want to leave the primary bedroom suite, with a fireplace, his and hers walk-in closets, a six-piece bath plus a separate powder room, and a walk-out to a terrace overlooking the pool, ravine, golf course and river.
The second-floor multi-zoned gym, with its vaulted ceiling, comfortably fits 10 pieces of professional fitness equipment with extra spaces for yoga or indoor golf. This space is so sensational and privately tucked away that you may find family members fighting over it.
The third floor of the home provides additional bedroom space for guests, plus a recreation area and walk-out to a massive terrace and outdoor fireplace where the views are unparalleled. And the spacious elevator conveniently services all four floors.
Car collectors rejoice. Seven car parking in three distinctive garages. Attached directly to the house is a double car heated garage. Across the porte-cochere is the second double car garage. Here is what is so special: the third 3-car garage is separate from the house and has a spectacular but unfinished Muskoka-type room with wonderful views and yet another terrace looking down on the river. How would you envision the future space? As your private home office, an artist’s loft studio, or as another recreation space? Did we mention it was a 30-second commute from the house.
Top tier schools are paramount. The residence is within walking distance to the highly reputed Holy Name of Mary College. An easy drive to some of Canada's most prestigious private schools, including Appleby College, Mentor College, and Toronto French School (west campus). For advanced education, only four kilometers to the University of Toronto (Mississauga Campus).

Timeless. Absolute classic. Will stand a hundred years.
After buying this home the only thing he could afford is a golf cart...
Lol 😂
Plot wrist: the gold card cost more than the hose!
Hahahahaha!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂👍🏻
It is a beautiful timeless home.
A rare tasteful home.
The trees are AMAZING. ♡♡♡
Bella la casa y el sotano me encanto
Nice setting. That’s a lot of house to look after the roof lines are quite complex and it’s showing some age making sure that roof doesn’t leak when you have heavy snows will be quite a challenge.
An fabulous home with such breathtaking furniture 🪑 and views surrounding are s killer
Stunning just gorgeous! Love that ceiling and all of the arches!
Elegant To The Extreme....
Credit river in the back yard. ---- Just amazing ! Taking a good look at this one for sure!
Beautiful and Serene!
Wow I didn't know Mississauga is this pretty ❤
Breathtaking! You could literally fit my whole first floor inside of that master bathroom 😅.
That is a lot of gorgeous house. I just want the light fixtures over the kitchen island.
The house has very much a Chesapeake Bay feel to it, kudos to you Canuckards for pulling that off, but the minute you step inside, it's like deluxe LA, upscale tract home...
This house is going to cost a pretty penny to renovate the interior up to today's market expectation .. but the grounds are utterly spectacular.
The grounds are beautiful.
Мне нравится в этом доме каждый сантиметр!
Lugar lindo! Quero viver aí. Ter sonhos bons ao lado de quem se ama.
lovely
This home has it all. ♡♡♡
What is the size of the land approximately ?
I’ve seen other videos of this house I wonder why it took so long to find this video. Great House to rich for my blood. But still very nice 👍
Fantástica ❤❤❤
❤️ ❤️ ❤️
I like the butlers pantry.
The power lines may not be as obvious from the ground, so possibly not a total deal-breaker. But overall it's like so many would-be manor houses, with the impression of 'all show & no sense'. Grounds are lovely & deserve better than yet another golf course.
I want to know what else was said about the place. The description is cut off. :sad_but_relieved_face:
Absolutely Breathtaking, I would add an elevator
It has an elevator.
It’s haunted! Did you see the shadow thing at 5:28
How much is it offered at??
I am ready to buy that gorgeous house 🏠 for my 👨👩👧👧
I would love to know who the builder of this home is? Its beautiful! Thank you.
😱😱😱🥰🥰🥰amazing
I got dibs on this one
Why so big!!!!!!
Who needs this much? You can still have a beautiful home. And take care of dogs and cats that need homes.
Yeah, this is too small. I agree.
Cats and dogs, it's people out here homeless that need shelter
@@brendathacker2913 Dogs and cats are better than people.
Magnificent house, painfully boring furnishings
This looks like it could either be a hotel or an air b&b
What is the size of the land approximately ?
Wow
What is the size of the land approximately ?
Absolutely breath taking. Exceptional scenic area. The home on the outside eye catching on the inside so much potential. Definitely there would need to be changes made on the inside of the home.
Home built solid and will be around for a long time. Well as long as it takes the land developers to tare down and rebuild that whole area.
Completely done in builders white, absolutely no colours anywhere to be seen. Obviously a new build, lovely home but drab inside colour scheme - considering all the colours of the rainbow to use and not one anywhere

The front of the house is beautiful...but the horizontally divided windows in the back were a poor choice. Height and size provide a sense of grandeur ...which is diminished by the rectangular panes of glass. It looks as though they ran out of money to make the rear portion of the home attractive.
I agree that an elevator should be installed.
The interior has some fresh, interesting spaces - which could also be construed as oddly shaped rooms. While I love the layout which provides that central space surrounded by balusters on each level, it seems to have come at the expense of room dimensions. I’m of mixed feelings on this as a home - but it would make a lovely inn.
It has an elevator.
🌟
is this house still forsale ?????????????????
Beautiful house! That is the type of house that is a showcase, not to be lived in. Not to have kids or dogs running around. And cleaning it?! There would have to be an army of staff cleaning it. It is beautiful, but, no thanks.
Too bad the pool is so far away from the house. It would be difficult to cover to make into an indoor pool. If it weren't for that, the house would be perfect. I need an indoor pool so I can swim year round!
You’re already swimming in inanities, so you should be good to go.
@@kencur9690 Your rudeness isn't warranted
Nope to the power lines that run right through the property. Deal breaker
I'd add horses lol
Je prend immédiatement
Bonne chance. Lol

Дом сделать по старым технологиям.
Too bad it is right next to a hydro right-of-way.
Every ones dream mansion 🎉
Wwwooooooow😱🤑
Not mine.
Absolutely love seeing homes that are outdated and that when the owner dies, no one will have the money to pay the taxes.
TANNA, why is the baby crying?

Too much space.
I just don't buy it because of the roof
way too many doors and none of them is really burglary-proof. Anyone can break into the mension at any timeunless of course it's in the middle of nowhere hundreds of miles from civilisation! LOL
Where's the personality? I just see acres of blandness. This is just a hotel.
Are you nuts😮😮
Not in Trudeau world.
How much.
