@@TatianaHainaOur new generation got this problem of using correct English sentence. I apologise on behalf of @vishalpanwar2108 I can understand he shouldn't be saying that "there are so difference", rather he should have said other countries and Ghana, was better sentence. Infact our culture and lifestyle is very different and there are multiple reasons for this , for an example cast n religion is the major reason. But yes ofcourse we should also remove that reason from country. Then India and Ghana is same on all aspects which will also helps to create similarities, because from human point of view the term diffrence is not just a word its an actual root cause of all the problem of humanity. @18:30, I think those are called Lima Beans, as call them in the USA. Wow! I just learned how to crack the beans; there is always an annoying shell on the cooked beans.
I wasn't going to comment, but I found it very nice, refreshing, and compassionate that these young men are helping with cooking (even, just chatting in the kitchen) and they put their backs into it!! By the way, please don't come for me! And I am not throwing Nigerians under the bus, but are you all watching?!!? Sometimes, I really wonder why the hype about Nigeria!
My father come to England in the 40s from Ghana he learnt me to cook the food I'm so proud ov him showing me how to cook african food I can pass it on to my children, he passed away last week, so thanks for your video has made me happy ❤😢😊
No wonder our African brothers n sisters from west Africa have strong bodies. You are still eating our forefathers healthy food. Meanwhile in east Africa we're stuck on polished rice, and chapati n ugali from refined flour. South Africa...dont even mention it. We have left cassava n garden egg (tunguja) to the poor. You people have inspired me. I will eat more native healthy food. . 🌹 💕
I just discovered your channel. It's full of fun and you all made this content very interesting. I enjoyed watching and congratulations on your great achievement. Keep going my lady

😊I love how you all showed the men the work it takes and what you ladies do to make sure they eat and the health aspect that you take into consideration! From the USA Durham North Carolina
Good job taking the men to the market, I wished you should make a list and give it to them to do the shopping all by themselves and then watched them do the cooking with out directing them. They tried and I give them a 😊for trying
I love your channel! It's so cool to see the markets and the different ingredients from what I have here in Oregon, USA. I really enjoy seeing the joy and care you all put into preparing things. Those big white flat beans look like what we would call Lima beans here in the U.S. I'm not sure if they're the same, but they look like it! Thanks for the great content! 👍😊👍💜
