    Boss Tang was brought up by a Japanese grandmother when he was a child. After World War II, he was unable to return to Japan and stayed in Taiwan.
    With one of the words "Grandma" in the name of the store in mind of Grandma, she teaches him how to deal with the world and how to do a good business.
    The fried onion cake crust without oil is crisp and fragrant, and the fried filling with iron plate is made of fresh ingredients in the local season.
    Unlike the traditional onion cake, the cooking method is refreshing and non-greasy without applying sauce to the cake skin. It is now ready-made.

    這應該是新手,油放太少,都沾鍋了。外國人做菜都放好多油,韓國人放好多好多奶油,東西很香,卻不健康。這個倒是很健康,不過可以再放多點油,不然太乾也不好吃。

    我就住芝山站,之前有看過但不是特別注意,有買過一次他們的東西但並不覺得特別。因為CP值太低所以沒有再去光顧。蔥油餅我自己就會做了,我做的還比他們好吃(用鵝油煎的),加料也可以自己隨心所欲。
    剛去看他們的FB,對他們的日式炒麵倒是有點興趣。

    我覺得煎肉類不應該馬上翻面 且一開始不能重疊否則容易沾鍋

    蔥油餅看起來比較硬 肉類配苜蓿芽 海鮮配高麗菜絲會更好 加油一定會出名
