"Brochure bullet points" - that's such an apt description and probably the most annoying feature of chatgpt. I try all sorts of wordings, and sample text and descriptions and still end with these summaries, as I call them.

Ask GPT to ask you question for clarity on your patent claims. It will ask you a half dozen questions and the output is much better.

Thank you for this video! I'd only heard of Markush claims in the context of pharma patents so it's interesting to see it used here. I'm new to the patent writing process; please could you explain how the word 'or' complicates independent claims?
