Artist / plant collector room here !; An update of my space , I’ve added a greenhouse so my plant collection doesn’t look as insane anymore ! My partner actually has MORE plants then me so when we combine the collections we will have around 60+ plants ! Very proud of how organized my room is considering how many art supplies I have 😝 Thanks for the review!!☺️

for the purple and black room that wanted advice. If you want an improvement without buying anything new, I recommend swapping the position of the bed and the desk, but you could still have the desk facing the door if you want, just have it in that opposite corner, you'd also preferably want to try and center the bed on the wall (if possible) so the bed isn't looking directly out the door. However if you prefer the bed and desk where they are you can get away with it, the desk is good in a command position facing the door (usually you would prioritize the bed in command position but with the layout of the room this works fine). If you have a little money to spend then the simplest thing to make a big improvement would be to get a low bookshelf that doesn't go above the desk but covers it entirely all the way to the wall . that way you will have room for decor and storage but it will cover the existing desk and all your cables from the entry perspective once filled with items. (i'd recommend a pigeon hole shelf or entertainment unit kind of thing, then you can put in inserts if need be for covered storage and have open ones for books and items for display). then as connor said, a few things on the wall as well. maybe stick some puck lights or a strip of lighting under the overhead cabinets so you can have more dispersed mood lighting and it would make quite the difference. But yeah you also could get a new desk but thats even more money.

Some extra info: • The funkos were gifts, i don't really buy anymore unless i really want it and it's not really funko looking (Like the reinhardt and roadhog), the godzilla was a gift of my late dad, while the other two i tried to sell them but nobody wanted them. • The door is average size here in mexico, the cabinet is there against my will, i went to the store to buy some stuff for my mom, and when i got back the carpenters had already installed it there. • It's not a hazard since it only has travel bags and backpacks i don't use and have nowhere to put them. • Tried PC Gaming but i'm a console kid at heart. the cable mess was temporary and it's better now too. • The tissues are normal at least for my family, to have a box in each bedroom since we often get the flu in summer and winter or suffer from allergies. That's it so far! :P
Oh also, the Heavyarms gunpla is built, but i want to get a clear case to display it in. I have an Aerial and i want to get the rest of the Wing gang plus an epyon for that too.
yeah connor is right, the more you shampoo the more oils your scalp produces so the less time you shampoo your hair, when you do it feels better. im not sure if its healthier but I think is. Shampoo tends to strip whatever oil and hydration you have in your hair. in my personal experience, its definitely different for everyone.
The room at 43:26 with the walls painted as trees was incredible. It was obviously painted like that when they were still in the womb and they haven't moved out because of the economy. Best part that Connor didn't bring up though, the windows on the painted house have fucking windowsills. 10/10. No notes.

Also removes the need for hair gel or pomade due to the natural oil in your hair being able to keep your hair from most days of the week, except for the day after you shampoo. Johny harris did a video on why shampooing everyday is kinda bad.

Also the reason i didn't have a bed cover was because when ever it rained my bed would get soaked cos of a masive roof leak. It also had a severe roof leak in what would be considered the kitchen and living room. After a good rain storm id have a partially flooded house haha. Also the two cats u seen the black ones names little. Negro and the other ones name is bork. Thankfully things have started looking up. Me and the little ones are now living in a much much nicer and more spacious. And incase you where wondering yes i have a new bed cover but i didn't get rid of my potato sack of a pillow. I've been using Connor's room reviews as motivation for my own room. It shows me ideas for decorations to get (and not to get *cough body pillows *cough). Also I turned my room into a 3d model and then swapped and designed furniture. I've designed a L-shape desk. Building furniture is pretty cheap in some cases not but it's still fun. Also if you design furniture yourself you can build it just for the things you need. I needed a desk where I could study and game on but also have enough room for my keyboard. Also I'm planning on adding an built in headphone rest and holes and other stuff for cable management. I can't believe other people's room would change my room so much.
Submitted my room this time around and was really hoping he reviewed it, but from a quick glance, it's not there. Disappointed but I'm still going to watch the full VOD and enjoy it. Next time, I'll pull the body pillow out of the closet to help my chance. ;)
I recommend playing Fear & hunger 2. It's so much better than the first one, being less tedious and more fun. It even has an easy mode if you feel like the previous one was too tedious (though the normal mode wasn't bad either, just finished it).
Yeah, i played and finished F&H2 recently, then wanted to play 1, but further than being too late to save the prisoner, I don't have the wish to go for the real ending, while in 2 I was able to achieve the better ending. I did cheat though, to save whenever i want, cause that was the difference between playing and not playing, but overall I don't get the "It's a lot harder than the first", cause the random coinflips are mostly used for chests and attacks that instakill you usually give you a prompt so you know you should guard to not be dependent on a cointoss.

In America cost of living varies dramatically depending upon where you are, as does the drinking tap water. Where I live the tap of water is OK... where I used to live it was excellent because it drew from a deep aquifer... and when I visited Florida the water was revolting because the ground water there has a lot of sulphur. So it's not something one can generalize. I have to say, $800 a month was probably more livable 20 years ago though still tough... but now? That inflation...
We get our water in fl from the aquafer as well. Only time I've ever seen anyone with sulphur water they were out in the middle of nowhere and I think they got their water from a well or something.

Watched quite a lot of these now and while they're a lot of fun, I do think Connor has a serious lack of appreciation for what it is like to be out of Money and living in poor conditions. You're depressed and you have money for one thing each month. If that. You've never experienced solency and had any affirmation that buying sensible things will make you feel better. All you want is to supress all these things that are getting you down. What are you going to do? Spend your meager disposable money on a bed or new bedding? Clean the horded items away? Hang the curtains properly? ... Or another game/figure/book to lose yourself in... Being solvent and secure helps you take on those things that don't immediately gratify you. Because you know you've always got more for the fun AFTER it's done.

No Poo is the name here. Trash taste boys would love it. 🤣 And dry shampoo is starch usually, not surfactants that strip oils. I used plant extracted saponin based washes like once a month for years tho. Lol Saponins are in soapnut and shikakai btw.

you can still wash your hair everyday just use conditioner every time with no sulfates and shampoo every now and then
Watched quite a lot of these now and while they're a lot of fun, I do think Connor has a serious lack of appreciation for what it is like to be out of Money and living in poor conditions.

Being solvent and secure helps you take on those things that don't immediately gratify you. Because you know you've always got more for the fun AFTER it's done.
