@HeadStartNFL I don't think this has much of an effect on sanogo. I feel Smith will play more as a PF, sanogo I don't feel like van play the 4 at this level. Sanogo is most likely vuc's backup if they don't pick anyone else up
This is a great signing, i agree with everything you said. Low risk, very high reward. Position we really need. Pat can move back to his real position as a SF. The rebuild is finally here!
I've always liked Jalen Smith when I've actually seen him get minutes. I watched some highlights of his and also saw quite a lot of stuff I didn't realize he could do. He can play.
I wish somebody would give this kid a chance to start. Smith 207 career games 54 starts Avg 16.5 mins 8.5 pts PWill 213 career games 175 starts 27.7 mins 9.7 pts
Bulls not going anywhere, it's only right, and they want that top 10 pick next year, so expect a roster that'll win somewhere between 30 and 35 games, unless someone take off and have a career year..
I'm very familiar with Jalen Smith hes a very underrated Big in this league frfr he xan stretch the floor very good for a big hea easily a starter in this league if he had the right situation and it may be our bulls he xiuld definitely start for the bulls if we trade vooch
I like Jalen Smith. I'm not saying he will be an All Star but he has lots of untapped potential. As his role increased so did his production at Indy. At Phoenix, he was stuck behind Ayton, and Indy was behind Myles Turner. 9 mill per yr is a gr8 contract for someone on the upswing of their career. The Bulls will need his rebounding, help defense in the low post, and a big who runs the floor well. AK is doing a good job so far with drafting Matas, and signing Jalen. Now he has to get a good return for Zach and DeMar and the rebuild will be complete.
As much as I'd love to see Gafford back in a Bulls jersey, I just don't see any way Dallas moves him, especially now that they lost DJJ to the Clippers. A big reason for their success last season was the hyper athletic good defender type players they had, such as DJJ, Gafford and Lively. They can't afford to lose Gaff after losing DJJ
Thanks for explaining who Jalen Smith is Bulls central. I'm not familiar with him at all. Sounds like he needs to improve his defense I hope he can help the Bulls win more key word hope
Saying that Jalen Smith will never have a chance of being a star, I think, is unfair. He's really never had the opportunity to be in a consistent rotation.. Undoubtedly a breakout opportunity for stixx and will prove himself worthy of having star potential If given the opportunity and I think the Bulls just gave him one..
If the Bulls aren't able to move Zach LaVine don't be shocked at all. I've said it for the longest don't be surprised if Zach LaVine isn't traded until the next trade deadline.
@@tarekt8427 we wouldn’t get anything for him junk, but I would hope we don’t stretch him and pay him off over a number years. That would kill my soul.

Wanted Wiseman for that very reason. Bulls have to get off Vuc and bring in someone who can match size against the increasing number of multifaceted seven footers.
Youre right, i follow Chicago Bulls, not NBA. I know players even from the Wind City G League team, but didnt watched one single game from the last playoffs.
Derosa and Zach are scorers, but not winners. Neither can lead a team to very much. The Bulls need talented grinders, who refuse to lose, and always make the playoffs.
You been wrong on Demar all year. Now you say he's going to get the paid the minimum. U crazy. Clippers is going to pay him. It is not going to be nowhere near 40 million but it's damn show want be the minimum. You better check Demar career average. He hasn't decreased at all as a player. He has been the best player on our team.
I'll be rooting for the Bulls to have a losing record this upcoming season. That ensures we get that 2025 1-10 1st round pick avoiding losing the 1st round pick to San Antonio (if we get an 11+ 1st round pick).
I wouldn't count out this team this year. especially if they find a way to move Zach. Donovan is a decent coach. Give him Young talented core that's willing to be coach, this team could be playoff team.

Good pick up finally….they need size and I guess Drummond is not back (a huge loss)….the rebuild should be pointed out is happening because the Gm made many bad decisions, so here we go again…another rebuild
I'm not feelin a full rebuild, but in this case, we definitely need to do something different. Problem is the front office, especially our head joke (coach) have absolutely no player development skills. Billy Dickhead Donavan has actually shown that he has absolutely no common sense when trying anything to help the younger guys, he actually stops them from doing what they do best on the floor!! TF?? I've actually seen him stop them from making any real steps forward or progression with his lack of knowledge & lack of game time he actually gives the young guys. He only likes to play his starters and the other players just sit and stare wishing to get more opportunity. He never uses the young talent unless one of the starting 5 gets injured. Even then he don't like to use the young bloods, if he can get away with running injured players. He'll literally play a crippled starting 5 if they can still limp down the floor, and he could get away with it.!?!? 😂😢
This is a vintage Bulls signing: A bargain, and a mediocre player. The reality is the franchise doesn't want to compete, they want to field a team just good enough to put butts in the seats. You also sign the mediocre and low-motor Patrick Williams to a bargain deal, too. It's sad, and I wish the owners cared about winning. Williams and Smith will be part of the most passive front line in the NBA.
Smith signing is good. But if Demar leaves for nothing and we salary dump Lavine and Lonzo....the team that's left is probably one of the 5-7 worst teams in the league. Just no star power whatsoever to lead them. Coby's progress has been great but he's no star. Maybe that's the idea...tank for a high draft pick.
