We had Addie’s cycle review call with her doctor. We talked about thyroid, gut health, adenomyosis, inflammation, endometriosis grow back, thoughts on another laparoscopic surgery, seeing a new natural medicine doctor and the game plan for this next cycle.

Hey girlie, I’m right there with you working on gut/thyroid. Had a miscarriage in November, TSH came back high in February. I’m trying to help my thyroid naturally for 3 months and then rechecking labs to see if I need to start medication. In the mean time some of the things I’m trying is: physical activity, decrease sugar, increase fiber, red light therapy targeted on my neck, supplementation (selenium and inositol), more sleep (lol this is my hardest one). I am struggling with infertility as well. I have hypothyroidism and PCOS. 😢
Once I start meds to stimulate follicle growth for IUI my TSH rises even while on meds.
