@@SupremeLoui Some drug smugglers would swallow a deflated balloon with drugs to sneak them past TSA/Border patrol, and then take laxatives on arrival to remove said balloon from their stomach. Dwight was oblivious to the fact that weed is grown everywhere in the US.

It's a great little character moment because he did get a genuine laugh out of Jim for "dude where's my office". Michael's problem is trying too hard to recapture that high.
