- Here are the 2 arcade bad ending known.
The first one is when you finish on island 7 without all big diamonds.
The second one is when you finish on islands 10 without all mirrors: the cages open but the people are still dragons.
Theoretically, it's possible to get a third bad ending. If you miss one big diamond and get all mirrors: in the end, the diamonds will all group together except for the one you missed and the people will become humans again but they will still be locked up! (the only way to do this is to get all the diamonds up to the one in Doh's Island, get into the secret door without killing Doh and jump into the warp door which takes you to Magical island).
However, this bad ending doesn't work !! you get the 2 second bad ending instead.
This is actually an amazing ending. Because you find out about the secret islands!
There is a bad ending that is when the final boss catches you in the bubble he throws, making Bubby again Bubblun and game over.
Hence the empty jail cell - it's reserved for Bubby
Isn't there also a "pool of blood" secret that occurs if you take too long getting the wand?

you get the true ending only if you clear the 10 islands with all diamonds in every level (not necessarily in order)
