I love and much much more prefered to live in the province, life is so easy and simple and most of all clean and green nature with blue skies and blue ocean water along with kind locals
It proves that Philippines 🇵🇭 is INFINITY!…😮 you can’t finish to explore the beautiful 🤩 7k plus beautiful island 🏝 white hair will show up first …😅 hhhhhhhh
US Air Force used to have a detachment in San Fernando La Union. I remember the black sand beach. Please visit the Thunderbird Hotel build like Santorini resort in Greece.
San Fernando City, La Union the Capital City of La Union and serves as the Regional Center of whole Ilocos Region or Region 1. Poro Point in San Fernando before used to be a US Military Air Base during 50s to 1991. (Wallace Air Station)
Ah my hometown, went to that school beside the church which i entered hundred of times, watched basketball tournaments in that plaza, and i remembered growing up the number of foreigners living in this town and nearby Bauang and San Juan towns, used to have a US naval base so the emergence of mostly American soldiers, comes to visit every Christmas season for the nostalgic feel we needed, and now one of the most visited areas of the country, welcome to La Union...

Awesome vlog around San Fernando, La Union. I loved that you covered a lot of areas in the city. I so loved Quiang Hui’s way of exploring and discovering different foods and places. Lovely couple.👍🏼❤️
Lovely showcase of LA Union (pronounced O-nion). I saw your vlog about Thailand no vaccine, test mask. Thought you're already in Thailand. I'm glad you're still in Phillipines. Enjoy!!
There are a lot to see in San Fernando City, La Union like Pagoda Hill, Christ the Redeemer Statue, Botanical Garden with Science Centrum and Museum, Heroes Park, Gidday Beach, Canaoay Beach, mini waterfalls and rice terraces etc. There are a lot of restos near the coastal areas and on top of the hill like Bacsil Ridge. Including the Thunderbird Resort and Casino dubbed as the Santorini of Asia and the first ever Santorini inspired resort of the PH since 2006. Thunderbird Resort has been the movie setting for Filipino Movies/ Tv series like "No Other Woman". Known bars are scattered everywhere but you can try the Red District Bar in Poro San Fernando (mini Angeles). During Christmas season it's very festive, there's a Christmas Village etc. I hope you can go back soon.
Fantastic video. I love the humor of Dan with you as the champion of street food. Here's a suggestion. How about a video of you telling us how you select the street food you chose. Let us know how you decide if a food is not safe or safe. My favorite is Asian food. How about a video on Asian street food where ever you go and how to decide if it is safe and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Mark P
You are facing the West Philippine Sea and Vietnam. There's one westerner living there in Naguilian, just 1hr away from San Fernando. He has youtube too
Such an interesting video to watch. Typically I like video length around 15 minutes, but this one held my interest the entire time. Thanks for sharing your adventure, history and congrats on being the international food eating champion, again!
omg seeing all that philippino food is driving me nuts. I want it all. that's why I gain 20lb every time I visit. I'm laughing watching Qiang eat all those heart attack foods.
I belong to evangelical church, but as Filipino I like the catholic church buildings here in my country which are built by spaniards. In Bohol there are some old churches there more than 450 years old. In Manila alone there are old spanish churches like San Sebastian church, San Agustin and more.
I’m sorry, I thought you guys was in Thailand now from Dan’s last video. Qiang is right! The tastiest food is always not the healthiest. But you only have one life, enjoy it, no one lives forever.
I love and much much more prefered to live in the province, life is so easy and simple and most of all clean and green nature with blue skies and blue ocean water along with kind locals

Well the correct pronunciation is La U-nion where U is pronounced like U-ber.
