This 'house' reminds me of an army mess or even worse, a Sarkari Bangla'. obviously, it is old school design and seems like unnecessarily built huge just for the sake of it. I can see why it is on the market - the owner probably doesn't know why he bought it !
I'm not sure why you do not want to share the price of the house but Noida has stunning apartments & villas that offer far far better designs and workmanship in the Rs 5-8cr range. I want to buy a house that's about me, not being in Japee Greens !

In 35 crores, the entire villa construction, interior, furnitures are lower than 3rd class. U better buy a land parcel of 1000 sq yard, and make ur own villa with top class material. Will cost hardly 4cr. Someone who will buy 35 cr villa will keep atleast 3 luxury cars. No covered garage??? Strange. Over priced..

True, japee greens is a good place to live but spending 35cr is not at all worth it. Once can easily get a good farm in dlf or ansal farms near chattarpur and it is much more luxurious.

1000 mtr ka plot me bna hua hai 70,000₹ mtr ka rate chl rha hai greater Noida toh plot ki value hui 7 crore plus construction ka 1 crore lga loh toh iski market value is villa ki 8 crore hui total
