sick build. Question, Centurion CMR vs FCD RHF if you had to pick one?
Depends if you want slimmer or wider OD and if the handguard length meets your requirements. My favorite handguard is the legacy CMR design but the new MLOK design is quite robust as well. Colt uses it for their OEM lines.

I noticed the centurions are just a clamp style with a very thin insert compared to the FCD/CMT looks a little more robust. Have you noticed the centurion handguards heat up more because of the thin diameter? Thanks
@@DDD-yu6ri By nature of the slimmer design it will get more toasty than a handguard with a larger ID granted, I've shot both examples to the point where they both get toasty. I don't really notice too much of a difference personally. If it gets hot it gets hot. LOL
As for the lock up both are quite robust. The CMR uses a steel barrel nut while the RHF uses aluminum or rather my variant did. IDK if FCD opted to change that for future versions of the RHF MLOK assuming they're still using CMT. The CMR isn't going anywhere one you apply the appropriate torque to the fasteners. The RHF's wedging system is also quite strong. I have not broken either mounting system but I have bent MLOK slots. Leverage kills just about everything. The handguards never shifted on either though, so you're fine with either system.
If you are super concerned about lock up you can opt for one of the Hodge locking systems that Zev/Mega uses or go with a monolithic system say LMT Specwar.

Where silencer
Not at the phase of testing for that yet. I confirm function of setups uncanned as a baseline before canning. 12.5" mid is a bit finicky, so I want the data.
