Thanks for taking time to make a video about your experience with the Pardue Brothers LED headlight conversion kit. Quite a challenge to engineer something worthy of being called an upgrade to a Honda.
Fantastic video super helpful wish you made it before I did mine 😑 I kind of messed up my Stanley trying to cut it but mine is a k0. the the diamond cutter does not fit over the metal like yours I really needed to cut the lips off of the light first with a cutter then cut through the back of bulb. Mine had the removable bulb so maybe it wasn't original? Anyway you did a great video. I love my Pardue lights and feels so much safer riding at night. It was pretty sketchy when I would hit my break and suddenly the already dim headlight would almost disappear. Now I have the LED tail light brake light and dash lights and LED headlight And I hit the brake and no dimming and no problem. Pardue's for the win. 👍
Thank you very much! Here is the link, they are restructuring the webpage but it will be open January 2023. Good luck and thanks again! parduebrothers.com/
@@Davesgreatideas I can't thank you enough. Do you have a recommendation on a battery (cost is not an issue) I have new OEMs in mine so Lead Acid and all the bad that goes with that?
I have a 1984 Honda CT 110 I’d love that on my trail bike can you tell me how to order that kit you installed on your CT 90 thank you retired US Army Sargent Major Gamsby
Instead of all that guessing and "practicing" to line up the bulb holder with the hole in the reflector, couldn't you simply mount the LED in the holder with the thumbscrew FIRST, and then just slide it right in and stick it on?? 😕 Or am I missing something here.. 🤦🏻

My hack. Installing the light in the base before gluing it down makes it much easier to align when adhering it to the back of the globe.
Thanks Dave the great pardue referral is out of stock have a blessed day
Thanks, good video. I feel like I'm in a bank lobby, or an elevator, but still....good video.

Outstanding instruction! Thank you. Do you have a link to this product as I have three CT 90s and would like to convert all of them (72, 78, 78) ?

Old school is the best school. I put in the factory standard battery.

this kit should fit other 6 volt honda models that have the same headlight such as my xl250
You are correct, it fits - and we have a more compact LED mounting ring now for smaller headlight buckets.
