    Looks good.
    I'd suggest using baking powder instead of baking soda. This will make the texture and flavor a lot more pleasant IMO. There is a difference between the two. Though the two both contain sodium bicarbonate, baking powder has a little acidity in it which helps the leavening process if the recipe doesn't call for anything acidic like vinegar. Recipes that use Buttermilk are best to use with Baking Soda.
