- Mango Park Police Officer Dean White is on patrol when he gets a call about a stolen vehicle in the area. He locates the vehicle parked outside the mall and waits for someone to return. Then, Officer White witnesses a woman approaching the car and bolts into action. After a few questions, he takes the woman into custody. Then, when a backup unit arrives, Lt. Rozier does a proper investigation and quickly realizes this poor woman is completely innocent and this incident is just another prime example of Officer White's questionable policing habits.

The purpose of a police officer is to protect and serve, not harass, annoy, and humiliate. In the real world, people like Officer White would have been given 30 days suspension with notice to terminate employment for all the continual charges of on-duty misconduct.

In the US police, there are a lot of useless police officers like Dean White; many of them have detained people who did nothing wrong one too many times. And the police unions protect them. Did you see real videos of how those animals detained people who did nothing wrong? A man was detained for eating in his car while black. Another man was detained and killed for sleeping in the car while black. Sometimes, pigs smell marijuana and arrest people who do not even smoke. No wonder why the homicide rate in the USA is 5 times higher than in the UK, Australia, and many European countries. The police do not have time to prevent murders.

According to the video, the old lady was not honest. She never told the officer the rental agreement was in the glove compartment, unless she told him when the video had switched scenes, overlooking the freeways. Besides that, she never told the officer anything about a rental agreement.

@@enriqueiii9209 It has NOTHING to do with her being black. He suspected that was the stolen vehicle and was waiting for the THIEF before he knew what they looked like. This includes them being black. Maybe watching the video with a parent or other adult will help.

Shouldn't the officer know that you're supposed to check the license plate number. Then calmly approach the woman and explain what's going on, ask for id, and let her show you the rental agreement, or if she owned the car, her title. If he had just run the license plate number like he's supposed to, the whole thing wouldn't have even happened.
