- My husband's favorite desserts! 😋 I make them every weekend! So easy and quick❗
► Recipe and ingredients:
2 egg yolks
800 g sugar
pinch of salt
300 ml milk
heat but do not boil
50 g corn starch
200 ml milk
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly
50 g dark chocolate
Be sure to cover with cling film
Allow to cool completely
30 g cocoa powder
90 g sugar
150 ml milk
bring to the boil
60g butter
300 g biscuits
Shape 16*22 cm
100 g butter at room temperature
Beat until a fluffy white mass is formed
Chocolate pudding and whipped butter should be the same temperature
Place in the fridge for 4-6 hours
70 g walnuts
50 g dark chocolate
Add hot water to melt the chocolate
mmm...incredibly delicate, creamy chocolate taste!
