  • Famed for her friendship with partner in ‘fashion’ Trinny Woodall, Trinny and Susannah Constantine were known for their no nonsense fashion advice and brutally honest opinions of other people’s clothing choices. Susannah will be joining the panel today to open up about her hearing loss, her recent health struggles and celebrating 30 years since she first met Trinny. We’ll also be finding it if there will ever be a reunion of the duo on our TV screens in the future.

Lovely to see Susannah after such a long time...!! That What not to wear show was unique in style, fashion and humour terms. I used to record it to watch it again. Trinny & Susannah could make it big! Glad to know they are still such good friends off the spots. 💕

I’ve been deaf since I was 18. In a way I get comfort from knowing deafness doesn’t discriminate against gender, religion, race, age or class. It’s a great unifier 😅

Just a message for everybody. If you ever have a friend who has hearing loss, please talk to them normally but face them. Do not turn your face away. Because if you do, they will think the conversation is over. And will walk away. Because they are looking at your face. Looking at your lips to see when you have stopped talking to them. So it is vital if you are talking to someone with hearing loss or someone who is deaf to always. I never have anything over your mouth.

The vagus nerve is the 12th cranial nerve of the autonomic nervous system. These nerves sit at the base of your brain and take care of everything that the brain does not... smell, taste, touch etc. Specifically the vagus nerve controls the diaphragm which allows your lungs to breath. So now you know...

With glasses you can see as usual. A hearing aid is a tool. You will never hear like you used to.

Muuch more down-to-earth than her former (yes - chic & dynamic, but the fake lower lip & fear of aging - yikes) partner.
