Is there any bondage for a certain period of time to stay in the Alberta province after receiving the ITA?
Everyone told me Alberta will pick my profile up in no time since my sister is a PR holder but I've been waiting for 7 months now. No luck! My job experience is in public relations, is that why my profile hasn't been chosen yet? My CRS is 467. I am 32 y.o. I will take the French exam soon if my profile does not get chosen. What I find strange is that despite the fact that Alberta claims to choose people with family ties, it didn't pick me or my other sibling. Something doesn't seem right and the system seems bogus.

It was very hard for me inviting my family through the nomination process. All they did was to consume much of my time. I had Facebook reference from a group member to work with ZSA and when I contacted them, they partnered me with one of their recruitment agents which he helped me and my family every step of the way. it worked for me. Now I've been with my family for 2 days now and I am very happy

Hello dear Nishant, I am employed on contractual basis with government organization since last 4 years and they have also provided me with experience letter and any further letter in case if required. But my salary is credited through outsource agency (as most govt. organization does to for financial suitability). What should I fill in Employer Name? (as of now in EE profile with score of 475, I have filled the name of Govt. organization as employer and i have experience letter from them).

However next day, it shows that my profile is withdrawn voluntarily and no longer in express entry pool.
I did not withdraw by myself.

For Alberta Express Entry stream you need to create an express Entry profile. And to be eligible to create an exoress emtry profile you need a minimum of CLB 7 in IELTS which is basically minimum 6 bans in each LWRS.

Company portals. And also through networking on LinkedIn. But honestly speaking finding a job in HR and Banking from outside of canada as a foreign workers is very difficult. As both these professions comes with certain country specific regualtions , laws and compliance. Any Technical roles is relatively easier to find

@@honeyshah3054 My CRS Score with LMIA was 338 and the PNP Nomination added another 600 points.I had an active EE profile & was picked in the very first EE draw which was 4 days after i received my nomination from Alberta. So by God's grace it was very quick from LMIA to PNP Nomination under Alberta Tech to EE Draw.
No CPHR was asked and also i don't have one.
My IELTS Score however is quite high at 8.5.
My job history in India is good and consistent too.
My advice is look for an LMIA backed job offer in a high demand NOC.Lastly, do engage an Alberta based Certified immigration consultant.

If you had a gap between your new job and the old one then it would be difficult. If there is no gap then you can apply as long as you are working in a similar field

Hi, I’ve a student visa stamped on my passport and I’m supposed to travel to Canada in about 5 months, in the interim I’m likely to get a PNP invitation from a province, does having a visa already cause in rejection of my application if I apply for visa after receiving an ITA? @@InTheNorthCanada Many thanks, just to clarify, we’re supposed to reside in the province from where the PNP is issued, however, having a student visa to a different profile clearly shows that I’d not be staying in the PNP province in the initial phase, does that make sense?
Also, as for reference letters which we are supposed to provide along with application, my previous employers wouldn’t give a reference letter which includes my duties and responsibilities to prove the job code neither any of my ex-colleagues give. In this case, could you suggest a possible alternative? I just don’t want to give them a reason for rejection after having a ITA received. I can provide salary slip, offer letters, bank statement and even an email snapshot to HR sent requesting the reference letter and their response which clearly states they can’t.

Yes you can apply. But that lmia job should support the economic development of the province and fill the labour shortage. Basically the job should be in-demand. That is why PNP programs are always subjective. But yeah having a job offer definitely improves your chances of getting nomination 👍🏼
