is EMI considered ? for example I have 50k in my account from that 13k is loan EMI, so if I activate auto sweep then (50k-25k) = 25k FD will be created and next day my EMI is due. how will this is processed?

I don"t think EMI will be considered. What you can do is setting the minimum amount limit. set it to 25K+EMI amount.
