So glad you're backing doing ASMR again. I was wondering why your channel disappeared for months. Either way, it's good to see you doing ASMR again. My favorite trigger was that cardboard looking thing. As far as what I drink in the morning, I mostly drink ice water now, every once in a while I'll drink milk, but for the most part, I mainly drink ice water. A morning drink I like is that It sounds crazy and probably is. We call it "Redtangabull" it is what it sounds. "Red Bull" with "Tang" drink mix in with it. It gets you going in several ways. Lol 😂

I drink water in the mornings, and on vacations I might drink coffee. 2-3 cups are supposedly healthy 💪💪.
My favorite morning beverage would normally be Dr. Pepper, but I've stopped drinking caffine for a couple of years for my diet.
