I never was a person that was into inventing my own dishes, I'd religiously follow recipes. But recently I've started experimenting in the kitchen due to allergies. Oh wow, now I know why you do this, girl! It's such a creative job, so I get the feeling you shared with us at the end of the video. I'm waiting for the book in English :)
I find it so wild how long I've been watching you and watching you grow. When you spoke at the end about you loving creating the food I vividly remember watching your 'Why I'll never be vegan' video for the first time when you posted it and now you're doing this! So proud of how far you've come having watched and supported you throughout the years

I love to see you do this and to see you really enjoying it as well! I am a cook in the Netherlands (without formal education or anything, so I'm always experimenting and learning). I am so excited for the book in english! The restaurant I work at is not vegan nor vegetarian, and I am always trying to introduce some more plant based dishes (which sometimes works out really great, and sometimes it doesn't). It's always hard trying to predict what the guests will or will not order, especially in a small town. I get sooo excited when I watch these videos and it motivates me even more to keep experimenting!! Fucking loovveee it!!!

I could never:) I always need a guide of some sort to cook. Does any one have a good desert idea to use tapioka perls? I got them once and don't have a clue on what to do with them. I'd love to try the dishes you cook, they look yummy
