Might be late for this but alot of forums seem to suggest agent actions against skaven, i.e assasinating spellcasters and wrecking their settlemens in campaign map. Like using their assymetrick bs against them, similar how it was done in Rome 2 by the enemy a.i.

Agree with you about the unequal nerfing. Honestly I am bummed they nerfed the grapeshot for Dwarf canons. I feel like Dreadquake Morters are still super OP, but the dwarves cannot have their own OP units? Just stops the players having fun

playing as the Skaven but for all the reasons you listed, I also hating fighting them. I can really get into all the factions' lore including Skaven, but fighting them in this game SUCKS.

I think theyve nerfed the dawi too much! for example their top tier artillery are kind of meh now....
